Who Are We?
We are a 501©(3) charitable medical clinic serving children and
adults from the ages of 5 to 70. Our core service area is the four
communities of the Metrocrest: Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Addison
and Coppell and adjacent areas. We have no requirements by zip code
or residency status. Our target clients are the lower income population
defined by as defined by the federal government. Recognizing that
even the insured populations experience financial hardship from time
to time, any client requesting services will be considered.
Begun in 1994 as "On Eagles Wings" by the Chapel Hill United
Methodist Church and the Webb Chapel United Methodist Church, incorporation
as "DBA" Metrocrest Family Medical Clinic.
We are staffed primarily by volunteers, many of whom have several
years of dedicated service to the clinic. |

What
Services Are Offered?
By appointment only, we provide medical care for the following:
Episodic medical attention for minor illness, such as sore throat,
cough, upper respiratory infection, minor ear and eye infection.
Chronic care clinics: Diabetes Specialty Clinic. Ear, Nose and
Throat Clinic, Gynecology: Well Woman Exams with referral when
needed
Dermatology Specialty Clinic, General Medicine Clinics : Caring
for hypertension, high blood cholesterol, and asthma. |

We
are unable to provide to treat the following:
Orthopedic conditions, including motor vehicle accident injury,
suspected fractures, chronic back pain.
Childhood Immunizations - the Dallas County Health Department
is located at 2774 Valwood Parkway in Farmers Branch
Acute medical conditions such as heart attack, acute asthma
emergencies, requiring emergent care
Pregnancy. Referrals for pregnancy will be provided upon request.
We do not perform annual or required school or sports physicials. |

Where Are
We?
We are located on the Dallas Medical Center campus at the
intersection of LBJ Freeway (635) and Northeast corner of
Webb Chapel in Plaza One, Suite 149. To access free parking,
enter through the lighted gate, and enter through the West
entrance of the Plaza One. |
